Certain premium features consume account tokens. Token packages can be acquired through authorized payment gateways.

• Non-Transferable: Tokens credited to your account are non-transferable between users and hold no cash equivalent value.
• Usage Deduction: When you generate or export using AI or premium utilities, tokens are deducted according to the displayed rate.
• Refund Policy: Token purchases are generally non-refundable once credited, except in cases of verified technical billing duplicates.

You agree NOT to use Tool Yantra to:

• Upload, process, or distribute files containing malicious software, viruses, or spyware.
• Violate copyright, intellectual property, or trade secret laws of any third party.
• Attempt unauthorized reverse engineering, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Generate abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory materials or QR destinations.

Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of all documents, images, resumes, and text files you upload, modify, or export through Tool Yantra.

Our Platform: The Tool Yantra logo, source code, UI designs, templates, and algorithms are proprietary property protected under intellectual property laws.

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tool Yantra does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.

In no event shall Tool Yantra, its founders, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We may terminate or suspend access to services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
